Historic Renovation + Addition - Dublin, OH

After purchasing a historic farmhouse in an affluent suburb of Columbus, Ohio, Tandem was hired to restore the existing home, and add on a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom addition with attached 3-car garage. 

Challenged with a large program, limited building height and other site restrictions, the design resulted in clean lines, modern materials, and respect and adherence to a restrictive historic design code.
