Residential Renovation - Traverse City, MI

Tandem was engaged to completely re-design an existing single-family home near Downtown Traverse City.  The floor plan was completely reconfigured to turn a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, into a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, with island kitchen.

Tandem served as the developer, architect, and general contractor for this project.
